Our ANTI-RACISM Framework

  • All-inclusive

All-Inclusive approaches to addressing individual and systemic racism must include all stakeholders in the process. Those who perpetrate, witness, or experience racial discrimination and inequity cannot be allowed to opt out of the reporting and accountability process when a person is harmed. Similar to the see something say/do something approach all members of society play a role in helping end injustice, discrimination, and inequity.

Description: Ensuring that anti-racism strategies are inclusive of all racial and ethnic groups. To ensure that minority voices are heard and there must be support from the community at large.

Objectives: Create policies and programs that consider the unique experiences of all racial groups, involve diverse voices in decision-making, and ensure equitable access to resources and opportunities.

Impact: Promotes fairness and reduces the likelihood of excluding any group from anti-racism efforts. Makes dismantling racism a collective effort.
