    Integrity must be the centering guidance to remain within ethical practice when dismantling systems of racism that operate as injustice, inequitable, and unequal structures within society. The working definition of integrity must be inclusive of the equitable, ethical, and non-harmful treatment of people of every race. Individuals and institutions must educate themselves to build cultural competency and increase awareness of personal and societal biases.

    Description: Maintaining ethical and honest practices are a normal practice at the individual and institutional level in anti-racism work is pivotal to reversing the ways people and organizations conduct themselves within society. All people within a society must understand how treating others with the highest standard of integrity benefits everyone.

    Objectives: Ensure transparency in anti-racism initiatives, maintain ethical standards in all endeavors, and be truthful and sincere in commitments to anti-racism.

    Impact: Builds trust and credibility in anti-racism efforts.
