  • Timely Response

    Timely Response to reports and findings of racially discriminatory and/or inequitable practices is critical for stopping and reducing harm to lives and providing equitable care. This area calls for systemic changes to ensure all communities receive timely and appropriate aid. Communities plagued with slow and little to no response after experiencing discrimination and harm connected to racial bias must be intentionally restored to timely responses.

    Description: Addressing negative and harmful racial incidental reporting and systemic response for promptness and effectiveness.

    Objectives: Develop protocols for immediate response to racial incidents connected to racism and provide timely support for victims of hate and discrimination. Also initiate timely discussions and actions to combat systemic issues.

    Impact: Demonstrates commitment to anti-racism and provides immediate support to those affected, discouraging future incidents.
